Tracy Voltz founded Unified Communications Integrators (UCI) in 1982 after the monopoly known then as the Bell System was ordered to dissolve.
Since its inception, UCI and Tracy have been on the cutting edge of the unified communications frontier. Servicing every industry imaginable—from healthcare and financial, to retail and entertainment—UCI provides dedicated and customized communications solutions for businesses of all sizes.
In 2013 UCI acquired another communications company, PCI, which added their expertise for Fiber Optic Cabling; Video Surveillance/CCTV systems; and Home and Business Automation systems to UCI’s expansive list of solutions. This acquisition inspired the new tagline of “Voice. Data. Surveillance. Solutions” and set a new standard for just how turnkey a unified communications provider could be.
Armed with over 30 years of experience, knowledge, vendor-partnerships, and incomparable customer service, UCI has cemented its place as the premier voice, data, and surveillance provider in Southern California.

Tracy is a seasoned leader in the Telecommunications Industry, and has been for close to 40 years. His dedication, expertise, and adaptability have allowed Tracy to stay competitive and relevant over the years.
